The role

Long-term technical leadership role for a cultivation specialist to help validate protocols, pilot modules and biological data for controlled inland Ulva cultivation.

What we are looking for

• Advanced background in marine biology, aquaculture engineering or hydrobiology.
• Hands-on experience with land-based macroalgae cultivation, raceways, tanks or related systems.
• Practical builder mindset with interest in protocols, sensors, water quality and data.
• Strong alignment with commercial B2B validation rather than purely academic research.
