We do not use automated decision-making or profiling to decide whether someone is selected, contacted or rejected.
Data we process
We only ask for information needed to respond to enquiries, manage investor/partner interest, send requested updates, or assess opportunity applications.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, and object to processing where the legal basis allows it. You may also withdraw consent for updates or future-opportunity retention.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Spain, that authority is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. CV uploads should be PDF, DOC or DOCX and must stay within the form upload limit.
Because CVs contain personal data, access should be limited internally and files should be deleted when the retention period expires.
